Raised in New Jersey, Joseph is a committed Christian whose faith fuels his passion for eradicating sex trafficking and supporting survivors. An MBA graduate with over 35 years of executive sales and negotiation experience, he applies his expertise to crisis intervention and advocacy.
Joseph, a dedicated fitness enthusiast, views physical wellness as a pathway to healing and empowerment, encouraging survivors to rebuild their strength and confidence. Through New Creation in Christ (NCIC), he collaborates with various organizations to provide essential resources, counseling, and safe spaces for victims.
He actively serves at Without Walls Church and mentors survivors at the Phoenix Dream Center, demonstrating compassionate leadership that inspires others to join the fight against exploitation and restore hope to those in need.
A native Minnesotan, being on the water is her happy place, which makes sense since she grew up in the land of ten thousand lakes! Her passion has been to help victims in sex-trafficking starting back in 2009 when a nonprofit called “Streetlight” was founded. She volunteered there for a year and a half. She also served, facilitated, and coached in several different capacities throughout the years at Cornerstone Christian and Without Walls Church. Currently, Machelle is part of the mentoring team at Phoenix Dream Center providing encouragement, faith building, and compassion.
Machelle’s passion has never left her heart to save these children, women, and men. Thus the beginning of “New Creation in Christ!” As the Executive Director, her dream is now evolving, and she is ready to do what God has called her to do — to give a voice to those whose voice was stolen and to provide a choice for those whose choice was taken!
A native Texan, but now considers herself an Arizonan, Judy is a former educator of forty years and has always had a passion to help others. She has held numerous leadership positions in a variety of organizations that include: sports booster clubs, a local multi-generational philanthropic program, educational groups, and a variety of church ministries.
Judy’s desire to get involved with the fight against Human Trafficking started when she became involved with a group of women that hosted a global awareness walk. This same group also collected Christmas gift donations for three women and their families that were receiving help at the Phoenix Dream Center. At this point, Judy realized she not only wanted to inform and educate others about the atrocity of Human Trafficking but also wants to help those who have suffered by helping them to be set free and to find their purpose in who Christ created them to be.
